Caviar canapes

TO MAKE :
8 baguette slices
125g/5oz mascarpone
2-3tbsps milk
125g/5oz red caviar
2-3 dill leaves

20 minutes

·       590kj/140kcal per canape
·       6g protein
·       6g fat
·       13g carbohydrate

Toas the bread
Mix the milk with the mascarpone and spoon  in to a piping bag wiht a star nozzle.
Pipe it around the edge of the bread and the place a teaspoon of caviar in the middle.
Garnish white a small sprig of rinse dill.
