HAM CROISSANTS
50g/2oz low-fat cottage cheese
6tbsps milk
5 tbsp oil
½ tbsps salt
300g/10oz self-raising flour
250g/8oz feta cheese
150g/5 ½ oz raw ham
Bunch of fresh or 1 tsp dries thyme
Salt and freshly ground black papper
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsps sesame seeds
Butter for greasing

Mix together the cootage cheese, milk,oil,and salt,Stir the
flour into cottage cheese,Knead well.
Cuut the feta cheese and ham into cube,remove the leaves
from the fresh thyme or crush the dried thyme,Mix into the feta cheese and ham
cube.
Heat the oven to 200/400/gas mark 6 and graese
the baking tray,roll out the dough on a floured work top.
Cut on rectangles (14cm/6inches x
12cm/4inchis) White a pastry cutter and halve each one diagonally,Place one
tablespoon of the filling in each traingle and then roll into a
croissant,pressing down the edges.
