MAATIES HERRING
COCKTAIL
150g/5 ½ oz cooked celery
1 sharp apple
Juice of lemon
2 hard-boiled egg
2 tbsps wine vinergar
½ tbsp hot mustard
1 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Few drop of tabasco sauce
Salt and papper
