STUFFED SALMON ROLLS

STUFFED SALMON ROLLS

1 mall sharp apple
1 hard-boiled egg
40g/ 1 ½ fresh horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
5 tbsp single cream

Pinch each of salt and sugar
8 slices smoked salmon
Few oakleaf  lettuce leaves
1 untreated salmon
1-2 dill springs

Dice the egg,the peeled apple and horseradish,the blend them in a liquidiser with the oil and cream,season the resulting puree and spread it on tje salmon slices.
Roll them up and arrange on lettuce leaves with lemon slices and dill.
